That includes the general info at the bottom please and thank you friends. Reading this before you order will help save us time answering emails and keep our processing times shorter. More emails with questions = slower processing and production times all around for us <3
Remember to show up on time to this update, as we tend to sell out quickly of our more popular items. Set an alarm or sign up for the Instagram notifications in our stories that will alert you five minutes before launch time.
Please do not rely on the email to remind you, it will arrive after launch because we have a large email list and our servers can't handle that many people and some items may already be sold out by the time it gets to you.

We will be getting these completed within a two month time frame and it can take us another week to ship them out once they're completed,we hope to have them ready and to you before the new year! We've finished up all these pre-orders and are getting them packaged and shipped out. Please be patient while the tracking numbers update as they are being fulfilled over the next few days
GLOOMBLE & MUSHROOM PLUSH DELAYS
Unfortunately, our Gloomble and Mushroom plush did not make it to us in time for the Black Friday weekend as we had hoped or anticipated. Flooding in BC has trapped them at a port in Vancouver and we are uncertain when they will arrive. At the latest they will be here at the end of December. Please be patient with us, as this situation is out of our control and a natural disaster. We will be shipping them just as soon as they arrive.

ABUSIVE/GUILT TRIPPING EMAILS REMINDER
99% of you are AMAZING CUSTOMERS AND WE LOVE YOU. This doesn't apply to hardly any of you but every update we run into this issue with at least a few people so it has to be said. We have a zero tolerance policy for people sending abusive, rude or guilt tripping emails over sold out items. We are doing our very best, and are working very hard, this sort of behaviour will result in an immediate and permanent refusal of service as it effects our mental well being and we are here to spread love and joy.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
We also have customer accounts this time around so that you guys will have a faster checkout experience, this is a new thing and is separate from our email list. The email list notifies you of updates, the customer account keeps track of your orders, keeps track of your address and helps you to check out more quickly!

CURRENCY CONVERTER
We also have a new automatic currency converter, which means that our site will now detect your country and automatically show the prices in that currency so you know exactly how much you will be spending. If you want to change the currency at any point just tap the flag and select how you'd like to pay.
